All cancellations require a 24-hour notice. After two no shows a non-refundable charge of 50% will be made upon booking. - Please arrive on time to appointments. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a fee of $35 or 50% of the cost of the treatment, whichever is greater, will be charged - Please be advised that children are not permitted in the treatment rooms. Any child in the lobby must be supervised by an adult at all times. - Client redo’s will only be honored within 7 days of the original service. If a client is unhappy with the results of a service and has consulted with and received a redo and is still not happy, we will use reasonable and fair judgement on any decision to refund the client. - In order to maintain a sanitary environment, no food, beverages, or pets, except for registered service animals. are permitted in the spa facility. - Guests may not accompany clients in the treatment rooms, but are welcome to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere in the lobby. - No client photography or videography is allowed during treatments, except when approved by treatment providers.
